ISIA’s industrial experience at your service

1989: Establishment
ISIA was established 17 years ago by its current managers, expert consultants in industrial organisation. ISIA is an engineering designer & developer of industrial management information systems, specialised in the implementation of customised systems adapted to your industry and know-how.

1990: Engineering systems design phase
During the first five years of its life, ISIA was just like any other industrial software development company, specialising in the implementation of customised systems, adapted to the industry and know-how of major companies such as the Lapeyre Group and Cargill.

1994: The design of DIAPASON
Faced with the complexity and multiplicity of organisational requirements, it became evident that there was a vital need for a standard ERP system, with capabilities for adapting to each sector of activity, in respect of the characteristics specific to each business.

Mindful about making the most of the experience it had in hand, in 1994 ISIA changed the course of its strategy and designed an industrial management system combining the advantages of a standard with those of engineering.

This open, comprehensive offer (consulting, product and services) is capable of covering all the details of the industrial management market, the specific imperatives of each company, and of responding immediately to various organisational and structural changes that every company faces over the years.
This strategy is particularly appreciated by ISIA’s clients, and all those who have chosen DIAPASON have remained devoted customers.
The most significant example is that of the partnership established with the Lapeyre Group since 1992, demonstrating that DIAPASON is the most pertinent investment for companies with complex, rapidly changing needs.

2000: The initiation of Turnkey solutions
To avoid the typical, difficult divergences that are observed all too often when implementing an ERP project, in 2000 ISIA came up with a “turnkey” methodology for which it guarantees functional results, within a lump sum budget and on time.

2005: Business development plan
Looking constantly towards improvement, DIAPASON has continued to extend its functional coverage over the years with R&D service that is preparing the market versions for the 2010-2020 decade. With a view to this, ISIA devotes 40 % of its turnover to R&D.

Since 2005, ISIA has implemented a multi-directional business plan aimed at extending its know-how to other industrial sectors.
