DIAPASON’s data structure is forward compatible with future versions, allowing the possibility of modifying the information library delivered as a standard part of the package, and enriching it with industry-specific information.

Dialogue boxes can be customised for users or user classes, to modify the look and feel or to add functions and links between functions.
A common macro language
DIALOG is widely used to smoothly control the behaviour of the entire Diapason information management flow and to input industry-specific functions. It is stands out also as the ideal maintenance tool for configuring the settings of certain management processes (industry management rules, mass updates…).
Built-in document manager
The document manager allows to extract and to present all the data in linked databases, whether or not they are managed by DIAPASON.
This environment offers user friendliness and presentation-quality for output documents.
Extracted data can be transferred directly to an Excel© worksheet, for use in a Microsoft© Office Pack application. What is more, Diapason can populate a simplified data structure which can be used by an external decision support tool (such as Impromptu©, Business Object© …).
